Product Specialist

Overview Dealership: L0292 Baierl Acura Subaru of Moon Township. Position: Product Specialist. Pay: $18–$22 /hr (depending on experience) Responsibilities Assist salespeople with vehicle delivery scheduling and ensure timely processing of deliveries. Ensure all models are displayed on showroom floor as directed. Perform detailed customer education and delivery for all models. Ensure vehicles meet pre‑delivery checklist requirements. Assess customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery. Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies. Follow‑up with customers within 1-2 weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional feature operations. Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues. Direct customers to additional information resources. Conduct owner clinics (e.g., new owner clinics, franchise infotainment how-to workshops). Train team members on key vehicle technologies. Assist sales department in vehicle tracking. Qualifications Previous dealership experience preferred but not required. Outgoing, polished, and professional personality. Ability to provide engaging product demonstration. Technologically savvy, detail‑oriented, and organized. Customer‑focused with strong communication skills. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Benefits Competitive pay.
