Their primary responsibility will be to support production operations by operating equipment, handling materials, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production requirements across assigned work areas . Whats in it for you: - Two available shifts for your scheduling needs: - 1 st shift - Monday to Friday from 6am- 2 :30pm - 2 nd shift - Monday to Friday from 2 :30pm-11pm - Competitive hourly rate between $19-$20/hr. depending on experience plus shift premium! - Contract-to-hire opportunity - youll be hired based on attendance, performance and client needs! - Amazing benefit package once hired in permanently - Medical, Dental and Vision - 401K - Paid vacation What your day will look like: Support the setup, operation, and monitoring of assigned production workstations and equipment, including loading, catching, trimming, wrapping, banding, assembly, and roll-forming processes. Perform material-handling and production activities, including loading raw materials, catching and stacking finished goods, and safely moving materials using manual or mechanical equipment. Assist Operators by monitoring machine output, identifying and reporting production issues, and supporting basic troubleshooting to maintain efficient operations. Perform production and fabrication tasks using hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and other department-specific equipment. Perform Quality Control activities at assigned work centers in accordance with established QC standards, RMA corrective actions, and internal and external customer requirements. Accurately read and apply measurements and perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure production specifications are met. Safely and efficiently perform assigned duties while meeting established production, quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
