Shipping & Receiving Clerk

1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | Climate-Controlled Facility $22 - $28 depending on experience

We're seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the accurate movement of materials and finished products, ensuring shipments are received, processed, and delivered on time. If you have forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Friday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using ERP systems.
• Support cycle counts and inventory control activities.
• Stage and move materials to support production operations.
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory tracking, shipping documentation, and warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and solid communication skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UPS, FedEx, LTL, or international shipping.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, RF scanners, and inventory management processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
