We continuously innovate, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of Salesforce developers and operations professionals.About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Sr Salesforce Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs across the Salesforce ecosystem.This role will partner closely with Alliances, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to bring Copado’s joint value proposition with Salesforce to market. You will develop compelling “Better Together” narratives, build integrated sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with programs, and translate partner strategy into campaigns and enablement that generate awareness, engagement, and measurable pipeline.The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge with hands-on partner marketing experience and is comfortable moving between strategy, content development, campaign execution, executive communications, and performance measurement.What You'll DoDevelop and execute integrated partner marketing programs across sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions in the Salesforce and broader partner ecosystemOwn and evolve Copado’s Salesforce "Better Together" value proposition and narrativeTranslate alliance priorities into co-branded marketing campaigns, content, and eventsLead multi-channel campaigns for partner summits, Salesforce World Tours, and DreamforcePartner with teams to build enablement assets like battlecards, solution briefs, and campaign kitsManage Salesforce-focused webpages, landing pages, newsletters, and communicationsEstablish clear workback plans, stakeholder accountability, and execution rhythmsAlign partner marketing activity directly with pipeline generation goalsTrack campaign performance, lead flow, and pipeline contribution for executive updatesWhat We're Looking For4–6+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or demand gen in SaaSExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to translate complex tech concepts into executive-ready messagingStrong working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, AppExchange, and partner GTM modelsExperience executing co-marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenueProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authorityDeep understanding of marketing performance, funnel metrics, and pipeline reportingProficiency with Salesforce CRM, Pardot/Account Engagement, and project management toolsAbility to create executive-ready presentations and activation plans for partner summitsStrong problem-solving skills with a balance of strategic planning and hands-on executionBenefitsCopado offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) PlanPaid Time OffWellness PerksCopado is Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
