Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in or provide support for low-complexity initiatives within Loan Workout. You will review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout. You will receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in low-complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
• Review and address basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of legal documents with state requirements.
• Test information before it is sent to third-party legal partners.
• Check notarization on documents and validate judgments and complaints as needed.
• Provide information and support to client personnel in Loan Workout.

Qualifications:

• 6 months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 1+ year of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of collection law (ideal).
• Experience with litigation, specifically civil procedures.
• Experience as a Quality Assurance analyst or functionally acting as one.
• Basic proficiency in MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Understanding of credit cards.
• Paralegal certification (nice to have).

Pay Range: $22- $25/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
