Salary: Dependent on experience Location: Guernsey and Jersey (remote work considered for the right candidate) Department: Marketing Reports to: Head of Marketing Contract: 16 hours a week (64 hours a month) Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Digital Marketer to support the growth andoptimisation of Catherine Best’s digital presence. This part-time role is focused on the day-to-day management and performance of our paiddigital channels, alongside ensuring our overall digital footprint is consistently optimised andaligned with brand standards. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to drive traffic,engagement and conversions across key platforms. This role is ideal for someone with minimum of 2–4 years’ experience who enjoys both theanalytical and creative sides of digital marketing, particularly within a premium or luxuryenvironment. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn and Pinterest Monitor performance, budgets and ROI, making data-driven decisions to improveresults Conduct ongoing testing (audiences, creative, copy) to maximise campaign effectiveness Digital Performance & Optimisation Ensure the Catherine Best digital ecosystem is performing at its best across all channels Identify opportunities to improve website traffic, engagement and conversion rates Support SEO and GEO best practices and on-site optimisation Work closely with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with brand campaignsand launches Working with the creative department actively for your creative ideas for adverts Support with copywriting for paid ads and digital campaigns Reporting & Insights Track, analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing clear insights andrecommendations Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.) to inform strategy Wider Digital Support Support email marketing performance through insights and optimisationrecommendations Keep up to date with digital trends, platform updates and emerging opportunities Assist in maintaining a consistent and elevated digital brand presence Skills & Experience Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights Confident in managing budgets and tracking performance metrics Copywriting skills with an understanding of tone, particularly within a luxury or creativebrand Experience in the luxury, fashion or creative sector is highly desirable Familiarity with Google Analytics and other reporting tools Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Keen interest in leveraging AI to streamline processes and improve efficiency within thedigital marketing function The opportunity to work with a respected and growing luxury brand A hands-on role with real ownership and impact on performance Generous staff discount across our products A collaborative, supportive team environment Ongoing development and the chance to grow your role as the business evolves #J-18808-Ljbffr Catherine Best
