The ideal candidate is not simply a strong accountant. We are looking for a true leader who can manage and develop a team, oversee high-quality technical delivery, optimize workflows, and serve as a confident, client-facing advisor.

In this role, you will strengthen the review and delivery processes, document institutional knowledge, and serve as a strategic thought partner as our firm continues to expand.

What you will do:

• Manage the month-end close in a multi-entity environment
• Prepare and review financial reporting packages
• Improve processes within the accounting cycle
• Train and develop a small accounting team
• Accounting projects

What you will have:

• B.S. in Accounting or related
• CPA or actively working on CPA certification
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• The ability to work in a project-oriented environment with minimal supervision
