Veterinary Technician

Registered Veterinary Technician at VCA Companion Animal Medical Center

Compensation: $22–25/hour, pay range is negotiable based on experience, education, skills, and credentials.

Schedule: Full-time, 4 x 10-hour days.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on patient care: restraint, venipuncture, catheter placement, and anesthesia monitoring
• Run and interpret in-house diagnostics (bloodwork, urinalysis, fecal exams)
• Assist with dental care, dental radiographs, and soft tissue/general surgery
• Support digital radiology and other advanced diagnostic services
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
• Educate clients on preventive care, CareClub® wellness plans, and home care
• Maintain accurate medical records
