At SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team! As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing high-quality care and support to our clients. Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication reminders
• Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Encourage social interaction and engagement, promoting mental and emotional well-being
• Document client care and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience as a caregiver or healthcare professional
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
• Reliable and insured transportation and valid driver's license (for travel to client homes)
