About the Role

We are launching in Florida and hiring a General Manager who will lead the launch and growth. You will assemble a founding team, secure fleet and chauffeurs, build operations before the first ride, and then own the P&L and brand in Florida. You will report directly to our CEO and collaborate with the New York launch team.

• The offline product: pricing, availability and fleet composition
• Four local teams

  • Quality & Training (our Chauffeur Academy)
  • Sales (Wheely for Business)
  • Marketing
• Launch and expansion strategy across Miami, Palm Beach and key seasonal moments
• Drive business development, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities for growth and partnerships
• Collaboration with central Product team on the passenger and chauffeur experience
• Regulatory strategy: navigating Florida's licensing and compliance landscape
• External representation: press, partnerships and key stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or Economics from a leading university
• Minimum 7 years of total experience, including 5+ years in high‑growth tech, investment banking, strategy consulting, VC or private equity
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical or problem‑solving skills
• Professional fluency in English
• Based in Miami (South Florida residency is required)
