Annual Pay: $45,000 - $51,000 Full-Time Position: Consistent work with an established roofing company 100% Remote: Work from home anywhere in the United States Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time Company-Provided Computer: Equipment to support your daily estimating responsibilities Paid Time Off: 40 hours annually, accrued weekly, beginning after 90 days of employment No Daily Fieldwork: Use your roofing expertise to prepare estimates remotely Established Client Base: Work on residential and commercial roofing projects, including ongoing repair and replacement needs Team Support: Collaborate with experienced production and operations professionals Why You'll Love It Here Estimating, Not Sales: Focus on reviewing roofing projects, calculating costs, and preparing accurate estimates without sales responsibilities Work From Home: Skip the daily commute while staying involved in residential and commercial roofing projects Put Your Experience to Use: Apply your knowledge of TPO, low-slope roofing, roof repairs, and replacement systems Clear Responsibilities: Review inspection reports, prepare estimates, and communicate project details with the team Ownership of Your Work: Manage assigned estimates from initial documentation through submission Collaborative Environment: Work directly with production and operations teams to keep roofing projects moving Meaningful Work: Your estimates help determine project scope, materials, and repair or replacement recommendations Your New Role Work remotely for Belmont Roofing Solutions, based in Bartonville, Texas Review residential and commercial roofing inspection reports, photographs, measurements, and project documentation Prepare accurate roofing estimates for repairs, maintenance, restoration, and complete roof replacements Estimate commercial roofing projects involving TPO, low-slope roofing systems, and other commercial roofing materials Evaluate documented roof conditions, including leaks, storm damage, material deterioration, and areas requiring repair Calculate roofing material quantities, labor requirements, and project costs using available inspection information Review roof measurements, project specifications, and supporting documentation to develop detailed estimates Enter roofing estimates, project updates, and customer information into JobNimbus Coordinate with internal teams when additional measurements, photographs, or on-site inspections are needed Communicate project scope, estimated costs, and roofing recommendations to production and operations teams Maintain organized project records and accurate estimating documentation Manage multiple residential and commercial roofing estimates while meeting assigned deadlines Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing estimating, roofing inspections, or roofing project support Experience preparing residential and commercial roofing repair and replacement estimates Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO and other low-slope roofing applications, strongly preferred Understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, roof repairs, and replacement processes Ability to interpret roofing inspection reports, roof measurements, photographs, and project specifications Experience using JobNimbus or comparable roofing CRM and estimating software Ability to calculate material quantities, labor requirements, and estimated project costs Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain accurate records, organize project information, and manage multiple estimates Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team Reliable high-speed internet connection Dedicated home workspace suitable for full-time remote work Access to a second monitor for reviewing roofing documentation and preparing estimates Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time Belmont Roofing Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
