What You'll Be Doing Carry an active patient caseload while leading the overall clinical and operational direction of the clinic Invest in your staff through consistent coaching and hands-on mentorship -continuing an environment where learning is part of the work and strong clinicians stay and grow Partner in the clinic’s financial performance: track budgets, productivity, and outcomes; identifytrends and collaborate with leadership to stay aligned with financial goals Oversee scheduling, compliance, documentation standards, and day-to-day operations Driveclinic growth through physician relationships, community engagement, and local marketing Represent your clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives What You'll Bring Active Physical Therapylicenseisrequired 2+ years of experience as a licensedPhysical Therapist, with recent outpatient orthopedic focusisrequired Prior experience in clinic leadership, operations, or people management isadvantageous How We Support You...
