Job Description Job Description Handyman / Apartment Maintenance Technician Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro $27.00–$31.00 per Hour We're hiring an experienced Handyman / Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team servicing apartment communities throughout the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro. If you're skilled in residential maintenance, enjoy troubleshooting repairs, and take pride in quality work, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Complete apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs Diagnose and repair appliances, fixtures, doors, locks, and hardware Complete work orders quickly while providing excellent customer service Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and common areas Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas What We're Looking For: 2+ years of apartment maintenance, handyman, or residential maintenance experience Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently Experience with apartment turns is highly preferred EPA Certification is a plus but not required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions Career Strategies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
