Full-Time | $14.49/hour

What You’ ll Do:

As a Custodial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment through routine cleaning, sanitizing, and general upkeep. This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize surfaces
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
• Clean windows, walls, and other areas as needed
• Set up rooms, tables, and chairs for events
• Perform general upkeep and light maintenance tasks
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment when needed
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, and other tools
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’ re Looking For:

• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks
• Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to perform physical duties, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items as needed
• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
