If you're looking for a leadership opportunity where your technical knowledge is valued just as much as your ability to develop people, this is the role for you.The OpportunityAs the Plumbing Service Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team of approximately 5-8 service plumbers while serving as their technical coach, mentor, and field resource. Rather than spending your days behind a desk, you'll work alongside technicians when needed, helping solve challenging plumbing situations, supporting customer interactions, and developing your team into elite service professionals.
