Opportunity:

Advanced Practice (CRNA) - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

• Provide anesthesia care for general, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, pediatrics (ages 5 and up), endoscopy, NORA, robotic surgery, gynecology, and ENT procedures

• Assess, prepare and manage patients for anesthesia care in the perioperative/procedural period

• Develop and implement anesthetic plans

• Perform history and physical examinations

• Obtain informed consent from patients

• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and post-operative assessments

• Administer general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, IV regional blocks, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)

• Perform invasive monitoring and placement including CVP/CVC, pulmonary artery catheterization, and intra-arterial lines

• Manage airway procedures

• Work in medical direction model with CRNA/anesthesiologist ratio of 2:1 or 3:1

• Schedule includes (4) 10-hour shifts per week: Monday-Friday coverage only

• Shift times: 6:30am-5pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) and 7:00am-5:30pm on Thursdays

• No call requirement and no weekend coverage

• Full-time coverage only required

• Minimum 1 year of experience required

• Must have ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications

• Board certification required
