Construction Remodeling Crew Member / Skilled Trades Laborer

Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking Commercial Construction Remodeling Crew Member / Skilled Trades Laborer ASAP to join our team!! Key Responsibilities Perform renovation and remodeling work on residential and commercial projects Execute rough and finish carpentry tasks Install and repair custom millwork, trim, cabinetry, doors, and framing Assist with demolition, material handling, and general labor duties Prepare, pour, and finish concrete surfaces and structures Assist with structural steel erection and installation Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to complete projects on schedule Qualifications Experience in construction remodeling, renovation, or related trades preferred Knowledge of carpentry, millwork, concrete, and/or steel erection practices Ability to use construction tools and equipment safely Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude OSHA certification is a plus High School Diploma Preferred Skills Finish carpentry and detailed millwork installation Blueprint reading and layout skills Welding or steel framing experience Concrete forming and finishing experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Company Description LaborMax Staffing was founded in 2002.
