Associate Manager, Foundry Sales Operations

What You'll Do Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers – answer questions, resolve issues. Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with warehouse to ensure product shipped quickly and efficiently. Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung's credit department. Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system. Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns. Manage sample requests. Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP. Prepare and provide reports to management. Location & Reporting Daily onsite presence at we are a San Diego, CA office/headquarters. Reports to Senior Dr, B2B Account Sales. What You Bring BA degree. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Preferred Skills & Experience Sales, detail oriented, communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Semiconductor industry or supply chain experience. Korean speaking/writing. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Base Pay Rate: $70,000 – $94,000 USD. Additional incentive opportunities based on performance.
