Patient Services Representative

Seeking a full-time remote Patient Services Representative, the successful candidate will manage patient/client calls, review accounts for appropriate actions, and perform pre-verifications to ensure eligibility while providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities: Receive and resolve patient/client calls professionally, ensuring a positive experience Review accounts to obtain insurance information, process payments, and refer accounts as necessary Perform pre-verifications to determine eligibility and manage claims submissions Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Two years of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field Previous call center experience is highly desirable Fluency in Spanish, both oral and written, is a plus Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
