Supply Chain Coordinator

Terra Sonic International is seeking an experienced Buyer to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in sourcing, planning, and purchasing materials that support our manufacturing operations and Sonic Drill Head production. What You'll Do As a Buyer, you will: Source and procure raw materials, components, and services to support production and customer demand Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with production schedules and forecasts Build and manage strong supplier relationships while negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms Monitor inventory levels and support inventory accuracy through cycle counting and physical inventory activities Analyze purchasing, demand, and forecast data to improve supply chain performance Manage purchase orders, work orders, RFQs, and supplier deliveries within ERP systems Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Sales, and Inventory Control teams to ensure uninterrupted operations Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through supplier development and strategic sourcing initiatives What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, production planning, or manufacturing operations Experience with ERP/MRP systems Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Manufacturing or industrial purchasing experience Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting inventory management and production scheduling Why Join Terra Sonic International?
