Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician Assistant

We are seeking a patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive medical evaluations and ongoing treatment for geriatric residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings in Helena, Montana. The PA will assess residents health conditions, manage acute and chronic illnesses, interpret diagnostic findings, prescribe appropriate treatments, and coordinate referrals and follow-up care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgment, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and the ability to work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and coordinated patient care.
