Complete daily assignments thoroughly and promptly, including additional tasks such as wheelchair cleaning and delivering refreshments. Monitor and promptly report any changes in resident conditions or behavior to the team leader. Conduct yourself professionally, follow common courtesy, deliver great customer service, and adhere to the Three Pillars Standards of Conduct.
