Luxury Boutique Client Advisor

Summary Client Advisor based at the Phipps Plaza boutique responsible for achieving individual and store sales and consignment targets. The role focuses on delivering personalized service, expanding and maintaining a client book, and using product knowledge to maximize sales per transaction. The position also supports store operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintaining the store image. Responsibilities Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals. Use product knowledge in the sales process to maximize units sold per transaction and average transaction value. Capture and maintain customer information in the database and consistently follow up on client needs and issues. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes and maintain and expand a client book. Assist with shipping, receiving, alterations follow-up, inventory control, and general housekeeping to preserve the store image. Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting. Computer literate and able to learn and use various software programs. Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred. Service-oriented with a strong customer focus and passion for luxury product and design.
