Senior Estimator

An established contractor in the heavy civil construction industry is looking to add a Construction Estimator to its team. This position will play a key role in developing competitive bids and supporting a variety of infrastructure and site construction projects across the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil construction and a strong understanding of project costs, production methods, and construction operations. Candidates from estimating, project engineering, field management, or project management backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Analyze project drawings, specifications, and bid documents Develop detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates Prepare pricing for grading, excavation, site preparation, utility installation, paving, and related civil scopes Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal operations teams during the bidding process Background Experience within heavy civil, sitework, earthmoving, utilities, transportation, or infrastructure construction Ability to interpret civil plans and technical specifications Knowledge of construction means, methods, and production rates Experience with estimating, takeoff, or project management software is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
