Inova Health is seeking a dedicated Cardiac Sonographer 3 for the outpatient Cardiology team at Inova Fairfax East. This full-time day-shift role Monday through Friday with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. You will perform examinations, support radiologists, and ensure high-quality imaging while adhering to department standards.
