If you cannot drive at night, do not apply.Equipment:Trucks average 18 months oldFreightliners, Kenworths, and InternationalsEvery truck equipped with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flatscreen TV, and XM radioNo slip seatingRequirements:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust hold a valid Class A CDL12 months OTR experience in the last 8 years, with at least 2 months driving winter conditions in the Midwest or NortheastDriving I-40 across the country does not qualify as winter experienceNo DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 yearsNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, no major violationsCombined total of moving violations and accidents must not exceed 3No major moving violations (15 over, reckless, lane violation, etc.) in the last 3 yearsPSP warnings count as convictionsNo DUI in the last 8 years, only one DUI allowed in a lifetimeNever failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of when it occurredAll felonies and misdemeanors must be at least 10 years oldThis is top pay, top equipment, and top home time.
