Job Description / Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay their bills in the store. Answer questions, process changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and handle general service requests. Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert‑level understanding of technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Create a fun and competitive environment, connecting products and services to customers' everyday lifestyles. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. What you will need to have High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
