About the Role
The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to Bar Margot guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
What You Will Do:
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
What You Bring:
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task.
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
- Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.
- Minimum two years food service or related work.
- Ability to carry and balance a tray. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
