Position: Front Desk Receptionist Facility: Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Location: Holmdel, New Jersey Schedule: PRN (As Needed) Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Pay Rate: $15.92 per hour Join Our Team! Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and take accurate messages Monitor and maintain a visitor log for individuals entering and exiting the facility Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveriesProvide administrative support to various departments as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Qualifications Minimum 1 year of receptionist or clerical experience preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Why Join Us?
