Key Responsibilities

• Load and maintaincustomer-specific pricingbased on requests from sales associates or council associates as needed.

• Generate and distribute themonthly Price Override Reportfor inclusion in Employee Weekly communications.

• Deliver training to sales associates in pricing fundamentals and decision-making.

• Facilitate price override reviews with branch managers and sales teams to ensure consistency and margin protection.

• ReviewNet PricingandCustomer-Specific Pricing reportsmonthly and provide actionable insights to sales associates.

• Evaluatenew products added to Capital’s inventoryand establish appropriate pricing logic.

• Set upnew customer accountswith standardized pricing structures.

• MaintainWeb Anonymous pricing logic, including IMAP pricing configurations.

• Serve as backup forcommodity cost reviewsduring Chuck Sisler’s absence.

• Provide ongoingsupport to the Rebate Groupas needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including:

• Pivot Tables

• VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP

• Basic formulas and data manipulation techniques

• High attention to detail and ability to manage pricing data accurately

• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and internal stakeholders

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000
