Associate Warehouseperson

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? Job Purpose

Work efficiently and effectively to deliver products and parts to internal and external customers while consistently meeting Graco quality expectations, productivity expectations, and maintaining a safe work environment. Continually participate in teams to assist in attaining or exceeding departmental goals.

What You Will Do at Graco

• Perform order picking and packing.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Move parts between work areas.
• Operate all hand and some power equipment.
• Use all Graco’s ERP systems and warehouse operating systems with proficiency.
• Report all safety hazards and dangers.
• Stock and locate materials.
• Cycle count.
• Perform daily upkeep of equipment including forklift.
• Use scale and scale counting proficiently.
• Use postal meter.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring to Graco

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must obtain Graco Forklift Driving Certificate.
• Basic Math Assessment

• Ability to operate two pieces of material handling equipment, one must be either the Sit Down forklift or Reach Truck forklift.
• Requires the ability to perform continuous short-cycle work with required lifting up to 40 lbs.

Accelerators

• Graco warehouse experience (6 months)
• Ability to operate hand and power equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Constant periods of walking and/or standing.
• Sit rarely.
• Repetitive use of arms/wrists and hands for grasping and gripping.
• Regular repetitive bending and twisting of the back, up to 90 degrees.
• Lifting and reaching from floor to waist, waist to chest and above the shoulder frequently.
• Infrequent exposure to outside temperatures while working on dock.
• Correctable vision.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
