Warranty AdministratorHot JobBoise - Boise, ID 83705OverviewSalary Range $23.00 - $27.00 HourlyDescriptionAs a Warranty Administrator, you will play an important role in managing warranty claims, supporting our dealers and service teams, tracking work in progress, and ensuring claims are submitted accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Service and Product Support teams while developing expertise in warranty programs, contracts, and vendor requirements.In the role you will contribute by:Prepare, enter, submit, and track warranty claims.Monitor warranty claim activity and provide accurate reporting across branches.Manage warranty accounts receivable and invoicing to ensure claims are processed accurately and timely.Review warranty claims and required documentation to ensure compliance with BCEW and vendor guidelines.Coordinate with Parts and Service departments to ensure required parts are returned and properly documented.Follow up on outstanding warranty claims and resolve questions or issues from dealers and internal teams.Coordinate extended warranty coverage requests and track them through invoicing.Identify opportunities to improve warranty processes and overall efficiency.Assist dealers with warranty-related questions, processes, and system access.Support dealer employees with warranty website access and other warranty program needs.Assist with reviewing and approving repairs in accordance with warranty and contract guidelines.Review and maintain knowledge of warranty contracts, guidelines, and program requirements.Monitor repair recommendations and track approved work.Support fluid sample requests and communicate with fluid analysis laboratories as needed.Work with the Service Administration Manager to help manage warranty contracts, business risk, and customer expectations.Invoice and close warranty jobs after claim submissionTrack warranty work in progress and follow up on claims that have not yet been invoiced.Review reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve processes and results.Assist Local service team for other administrative support as neededAssist with answering service department phones and other administrative duties as needed.To be successful in this role you will need:High School Diploma or equivalent.Office, administrative, customer service, or related experience.Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent customer and employee relations skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to learn and understand vendor products, warranty programs, contracts, and procedures.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to interpret information, identify issues, and make sound decisions.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Professional, dependable, and proactive approach to work.Experience working with warranty claims or service administration.Experience with contract administration or contract management.Experience in the power generation, equipment, automotive, mechanical, or related industry.Familiarity with dealer or manufacturer warranty programs.We are currently looking for a talented Warranty Administrator who aligns with our core values:· Safety First – Know it.
