Position Overview

We are searching for a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Sonographer to join a passionate team of healthcare professionals. Utilizing cutting-edge ultrasound technology, you will conduct a variety of diagnostic procedures, partnering closely with clinicians to provide clarity and comfort to patients through accurate imaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
  • Prioritize patient safety and comfort, explaining the imaging process with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic results
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, promptly reporting any issues
  • Keep accurate records and documentation in the electronic medical system
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in ultrasound technology and best practices

Education Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant field
  • Graduation from a CAAHEP accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

  • Current ARDMS certification or equivalent is essential
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

  • Proficient in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
