Role Description The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area at AshBlue’s Green Hills showroom. In this role, the associate greets and engages customers, provides personalized assistance in selecting jewelry and gifts, and ensures a consistently positive in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include learning product details, presenting merchandise, processing sales transactions, and maintaining clean, organized displays. The associate supports inventory management, assists with restocking and tagging items, and collaborates with the team to meet sales goals while upholding AshBlue’s service standards. This position also involves handling customer questions, resolving basic concerns, and reinforcing the brand’s emphasis on exceptional service. Requirements: Ability to work between the hours of 9 am and 6:30 pm including Saturdays and holidays Previous retail or luxury retail or client-related experience Strong communication skills both verbal and written, and client service skills Ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Assist customers, ensuring they have a high-quality shopping experience at AshBlue Gain and maintain deep product knowledge of lines carried to assist customers in their decisions Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues Assist in jewelry visual merchandising Communicate with customers and vendors regarding special orders, returns, exchanges, etc. Maintain stock (organization, replenishment, and inventory control) and cleanliness Clientele prior to special events Work with communications manager on customized customer outreach... #J-18808-Ljbffr AshBlue
