Tecta America Dakotas is hiring Experienced Commercial Roofers/Laborers to join our Mandan team. We’re looking for experienced roofing professionals who are dependable, hardworking, and ready to bring their skills to a strong, safety-focused team.

What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Work outdoors on active job sites
- Follow safety procedures and job specifications
- Lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Climb ladders and work comfortably at heights
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Commitment to safety
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- 3-5 years commercial roofing experience required
- Forklift, MEWP, or OSHA certifications are beneficial
- Valid driver's license required
Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, and/or Modified Bitumen roofing systems is preferred.
