DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Our client is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help build a developer- and cloud-centric application delivery program on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate has a security-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across infrastructure, application development, and security teams. This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY.

DevOps Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Azure Bicep
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions
• Embed security practices and scanning throughout the software delivery process
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams on platform standards

DevOps Engineer's Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, preferably Azure Bicep
• Proven experience designing and maintaining enterprise CI/CD pipelines
• Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and secrets management
