Senior Registered Client Service Associate (Hallandale Beach, FL)

Job Summary Raymond James is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide high‑quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and their clients. The role requires effective communication across phone, email, in‑person, and virtual channels, organization of multiple detailed tasks, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as first point of contact for daily interactions, including inquiries, quotes, and meeting scheduling with clients. Assist with new‑client onboarding, large client liquidity events, and private placement investment monitoring. Handle trading of discretionary and non‑discretionary products, model maintenance, and performance tracking. Service alternative investments and foreign accounts, including setup and maintenance. Participate in live meetings with Financial Advisors and clients. Manage budgeting and tracking of advisor expenses. Create reports to improve practice efficiencies and identify key performance metrics. Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client and security information using internal databases and other technologies. Ensure client documentation complies with firm and regulatory requirements. Work independently and within a team to support advisors and the branch office. Solicit orders from clients at the direction of the Financial Advisor. Receive unsolicited orders from clients and enter such trades as directed by the advisor. Assist in marketing efforts, including seminars and other client‑facing events. Engage in training, cross‑training, and professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies. Mentor junior team members, manage workflow, and drive operational efficiencies. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Financial markets, products, and trading terminology. Skills Client Relationship Management (CRM) software or similar. Goal‑planning software. Excel for developing spreadsheets and reporting. Effective communication across multiple platforms. Abilities Operate standard office equipment and required software. Research and analyze account information. Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks with changing priorities. Identify time‑sensitive items and assess competing priorities. Follow up proactively to ensure completion and resolve errors. Handle stressful situations and maintain calm, professional service. Apply mathematics to process account and transaction information. Communicate effectively in person and virtually at all organizational levels. Work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Five (5) years of financial services industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required. Series 7 required. Series 63, 65, and/or 66 as required by state. Ability to obtain additional securities and advisory state registrations if required. Compensation & Benefits The total compensation includes base salary and may include additional components such as bonuses or commissions.
