Java Team Lead

Job Description
We are rewriting an existing enterprise platform that supports critical business operations. The new system is being built with Angular, Java, and Spring. You will join an Agile team focused on designing a modern architecture and delivering a faster, more stable, and scalable solution.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\nLead the team
\nDesign and develop scalable Java application
\nWrite clean, testable, and maintainable code
\nParticipate in architecture and technical decisions
\nConduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
\nOptimize application performance and reliability
\nCollaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues
\n \nMandatory Skills Description:
\nTeam lead experience 3+ years
\n10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+)
\nStrong knowledge of Spring Boot
\nExperience with SQL databases
\nFamiliarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ
\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
\nSolid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito)
\nAbility to mentor others and work in Agile teams
