TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Germantown, Tennessee, 38138!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical, Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience required License: Active Registered Nurse license required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - 2 years of recent medical-surgical experience - 1 year of travel experience Description: This is a medical-surgical overflow unit that includes post-surgical and observational care. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6/7 and is transitioning to a team nursing model. LPNs will be hired to assist with this transition. Travel nurses are required to have completed at least one prior travel assignment. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics, with a daily census of approximately 42 patients. The unit is supported by various interdisciplinary services including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Weekend coverage is required as needed on a rotating basis. Travelers should ensure compliance with all licensing guidelines before applying. It is essential that all requested time off is included in the submission. This facility has specific requirements for hiring and may not accept local travelers within a 100-mile radius.
