• Conduct comprehensive virtual mental health evaluations and risk assessments using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accurate diagnosis and care planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient, drawing on best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches to provide effective remote counseling.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and stabilization services to patients experiencing acute distress, utilizing supportive techniques to ensure safety and comfort.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to deliver coordinated, holistic patient care.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and available resources, fostering a supportive and enlightening environment.

• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and telehealth best practices to safeguard patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in practice.

The Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve stability and improve their overall well-being through targeted therapeutic interventions. • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid and active LMHC license in the State of Missouri.
