Minimum Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States. Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Demonstrated experience in direct patient care and medical/surgical nursing. Strong knowledge of nursing care principles, patient advocacy, and clinical documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Associate of Science in Nursing degree. Advanced certifications such as Certified Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN). Experience with wound care. Previous work experience in a hospital or acute care setting. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) (PCC) systems and patient education technologies. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies.
