Key Responsibilities
Deliver Outstanding Client Experiences: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing empathetic, prompt, and high-quality support.
Master Account & Billing Operations: Manage account balances, clarify invoice details, process payments, and resolve billing discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency.
Solve Complex Inquiries: Dive deep into account histories to diagnose root causes of billing issues, creating seamless solutions that leave customers feeling valued and heard.
Educate & Empower Customers: Guide clients through account management tools, payment options, and service features to help them get the most value out of our products.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with finance, operations, and account management teams to advocate for customer needs and streamline internal processes.
Maintain Data Integrity: Accurately update customer records and interaction logs in our CRM, ensuring seamless cross-departmental communication.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
