Energy Acquisitions and Divestitures Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Energy Acquisitions and Divestitures Associate in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of transactional experience, particularly in upstream and midstream energy acquisitions and divestitures. Duties Manage and execute energy acquisition and divestiture transactions. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic advice. Draft and negotiate transaction documents. Conduct due diligence and risk assessment. Requirements 3-6 years of relevant transactional experience. Proven experience in energy acquisitions and divestitures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
