About the Consultant Role As a Consultant at The Dedham Group, you will collaborate with teams and clients to conduct primary and secondary research, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, and develop impactful recommendations. Key Responsibilities Manage 3+ projects simultaneously, guiding strategic direction and delegating tasks efficiently. Ensure timely and successful project execution. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior staff for their career development. Maintain strong client relationships by meeting their needs and anticipating future project requirements. Assist in creating project proposals and capabilities presentations to bolster firm growth. Communicate effectively with senior project managers regarding project responsibilities, progress, and team logistics. Perform additional duties as required. Requirements Bachelor's or advanced degree in a life science field. 4+ years of experience in life sciences Market Access consulting. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong collaboration abilities – a true team player. Meticulous attention to detail. In-depth understanding of provider and payer dynamics in healthcare, particularly in oncology, CAR‑T, immunology, neurology/CNS, and specialty therapeutics. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000. Compensation reflects a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and market conditions.
