What You’ll Do

As Bilingual (Spanish) Restaurant General Manager , you will own the overall performance of your restaurant. You will lead through a people-first approach, maintain operational excellence, and ensure every guest receives great food and a great experience.

Build and Develop a Winning Team

People are the foundation of every successful restaurant. You will create an engaging, accountable culture by:

• Recruiting, selecting, and hiring outstanding Team Members and Shift Leaders.
• Delivering thorough onboarding, orientation, and training for all new hires.
• Following proven training plans that build capable, confident restaurant teams.
• Coaching and developing Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members for long-term growth.
• Completing restaurant people plans and leading bench-planning discussions to prepare future leaders.
• Conducting regular manager meetings and meaningful one-on-one conversations with Team Members.
• Recognizing strong performance and celebrating team accomplishments.
• Addressing workplace concerns and resolving conflicts promptly, fairly, and professionally.
• Building a restaurant environment that is positive, respectful, organized, and enjoyable to work in.

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

You will set the standard for hospitality, urgency, quality, and service every day. Your leadership will ensure that guests consistently receive the experience that keeps them coming back.

• Lead by example through friendly, professional, and solution-focused guest interactions.
• Resolve guest concerns immediately and effectively.
• Create schedules that appropriately support sales volume, staffing needs, and service expectations.
• Coach your management team to improve speed, accuracy, food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a restaurant that is prepared, welcoming, and focused on exceeding guest expectations.

Drive Sales, Profitability, and Operational Excellence

You will take ownership of the business by balancing sales growth, labor, food costs, and operational discipline—without compromising the guest or team-member experience.

• Review and analyze restaurant financial performance, including sales, labor, food cost, controlables, and profitability.
• Develop and execute action plans that improve restaurant performance and maximize profitability.
• Manage the restaurant budget with sound judgment and accountability.
• Maintain strong processes, standards, and daily operating discipline.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, reduce waste, strengthen execution, and build sustainable results.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal bilingual (Spanish) candidate is an energetic, dependable restaurant leader who knows how to motivate teams, solve problems, and run a successful high-volume operation.

• Previous Restaurant General Manager or strong Assistant General Manager experience in QSR, fast casual, or a similar high-volume restaurant environment.
• A proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, scheduling, and P&L management.
• The ability to coach leaders, hold people accountable, and create a positive workplace culture.
• A hands-on leadership style with strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Flexibility to work the restaurant’s operational schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
