Role Overview The float pool nurse provides versatile support across various hospital units, ensuring consistent and high-quality patient care during staffing shortages. This role offers a dynamic work environment, engaging in patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Key Responsibilities Support multiple acute care units including emergency, med/surg, telemetry, psych, and long-term care. Adapt to changing environments and patient needs. Deliver exceptional nursing care, collaborating with healthcare team members. Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold hospital standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington RN License and BLS certification. At least 1 year of nursing experience. Preferred: Specialty certification upon hire.
