Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience providing outpatient clinic physical therapy interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions preferred.
• Ability to document progress notes, treatment notes, charges, and discharge summaries according to hospital policy and departmental time guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a hospital outpatient clinic setting.
• Experience with clinic scheduling adjustments and coordinating care with supervising Physical Therapist.
• Experience serving as a clinical instructor, mentor, or participating in departmental performance improvement activities.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours for outpatient clinic: Monday through Thursday 0800-1700.
• Fridays 0800-1200.
• Must maintain SC license and required certifications while on assignment.
