Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Two PT openings (if traveling pair!)
At least one year clinical experience required
Schedule: 5 x 8 hour, M-F
Location: Float Satellite clinic 1x/week, Meidcal center all other days.
Setting: Outpatient/Acute Care
Guaranteed: 32 hours, 40 scheduled

NOTE: Orientation provided. Flexible schedule available to allow for traveling.

AZ license not required as long as you have a active PT license in another state - this is because the facility is on an Indian Reservation. If you still want to obtain your AZ license it will be reimbursed by Triage.
