Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Behavioral Health
Location: Olympia, WA 98506
Facility: Providence St. Peter Hospital
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/19/2026
End Date: 01/18/2027
Shift: Day | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5×8 hours | 40 hours/week
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
Pay Rate: Local/Traveler $48–$52/hr
Requirements:
- Active LCSW license
- Behavioral Health experience
- Inpatient behavioral health experience preferred
- Experience with voluntary and involuntary admissions
- Individual counseling and group therapy experience
- Crisis-management skills
- Epic preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial and behavioral health assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Provide individual counseling
- Facilitate group therapy/milieu activities
- Provide behavioral health interventions
- Participate in discharge planning
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Document in Epic
- Follow patient safety and contraband-control protocols
