Curriculum Specialist - HSCET

HJF is seeking a Curriculum Specialist to provide strategic oversight and leadership for the Health Security Cooperation Education and Training (HSCET) Program in support of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC). The Curriculum Specialist serves as the central manager for the HSCET curriculum database, ensuring strict version control across all training platforms, leading systematic course reviews, and collaborating directly with medical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate emerging health security practices into high-fidelity instructional materials. This position will be in support of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC). The mission of NIDHC is to support military and civilian health operational readiness in crisis and conflict. NIDHC is a unique organization that acts as a central source of coordination and support of health operational readiness for the U.S. Department of War (DoW) and coordinates and collaborates among six U.S. Departments: DoD, Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, Veterans Administration, State, and Transportation. NIDHC is an International Military Education & Training (IMET) certified schoolhouse providing Health Security Cooperation training. Using Title 22 and Title 10 security assistance authorities, NIDHC delivers specialized training through in-residence and mobile courses. By leveraging DoW and federal interagency experts, NIDHC develops curricula to build partner capacity and strengthen relationships. The Henry M.
